No. You can type your answers, and camera use is optional. The setup checks help you test your devices before you start.
Will my practice interview be recorded?+
Recording is off by default. If you choose to record, the recording is made in your browser and stays on your device.
How long does a practice interview take?+
Choose a short or standard interview during setup. The setup also lets you add an optional coding exercise.
