Questions
- What counts as an interview?
- An interview is counted when a candidate first starts it. Opening the link without starting does not count, and resuming a started interview is not counted twice. Candidates who come through an open public link can use up to 80% of the monthly allowance, so invited candidates always have room. Practice interviews by job seekers never count against a hiring workspace.
- What happens when I reach the limit?
- Hiring teams: candidates who try to start after the monthly limit see that the interview is unavailable, and nothing already collected is lost. Raise the limit by changing plan, or wait for the new month. Job seekers: you can keep practising, but saving more sessions to your history waits until the next month (UTC); invited friends earn bonus sessions on Free. Pro has a fair-use cap and will say so if you reach it.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Hiring-team owners and admins, and Pro seekers, manage or cancel in the Stripe billing portal from Settings. When a paid subscription ends, a workspace returns to the Free allowance and keeps its data.
- How does annual billing work?
- Hiring-team plans billed annually cost ten months for twelve (two months free). Pro is priced separately per year. Annual plans are charged once a year.
- Are these the final prices?
- They are proposed launch list prices, and the amount charged is always the price shown at Stripe checkout. Prices are in USD and exclude tax.
