Terms of service

Riwork is an AI interviewer. Practice interviews help you prepare. For hiring teams, Riwork runs structured interviews and produces an AI-generated assessment based on the transcript. Reports are guidance, not hiring decisions, and AI output can be wrong or incomplete.

Practice is free to start, and a seeker account is required before an interview begins. Use the service lawfully and for yourself; do not try to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service or its limits.

• You must give accurate sign-up details, keep your password and links secret, and are responsible for activity in your workspace and for the members you add.
• You are responsible for how you use Riwork in hiring: telling candidates about the AI and about recording, setting a retention period, any notices, assessments or audits required where you hire, and making every hiring decision with people.
• You must have a lawful basis to invite candidates and to process their data, and must not use Riwork to discriminate unlawfully.

Paid plans, where offered, carry a monthly interview allowance shown at purchase. Prices, billing cycle, refunds and cancellation: [commercial terms to be completed].

Do not upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content, attempt to access other workspaces or accounts, circumvent rate limits or security, or use Riwork to harass or mislead people. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

You keep ownership of what you provide (answers, code, job descriptions). You give us the permission needed to process it to run the service, as described in the Privacy policy. Our software and brand remain ours.

The service is provided “as is” and may be interrupted or change. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability: [liability cap and exclusions, to be set by counsel]. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
